I’m David Carr – the Bishop Abbot of the Order of St Leonard and Bishop of Wroxall Abbey.
The Order of St Leonard was founded in 2009, in response to the Lord’s direction to re-open the Old Wells. The story is well documented within our ‘About the Order’ section – please feel free to browse and learn more.
The Order of St Leonard is unique in terms of structure and membership – inviting anyone, from any Christian denomination or church, to join the Order and benefit from its work. In this way, we will serve the Word of God and His Work, by sharing our learning and teaching, our resources, our fellowship and our support.
