OSL was founded in the United Kingdom. We are members of Churches Together in England and the Evangelical Alliance. We have welcomed many churches membership in the UK and have established Regional Deans to develop local points of contact. Internationally, OSL has many church members in Europe and Africa. Due to the growth of OSL we have also established ‘communities’ of OSL in Africa, with regional Bishops providing oversight.
OSL is Global, Local, National and International. We are One order, but also ensure that we maintain local unity by partnering in different countries, areas and regions – providing local as well as global opportunities to interact.
The Communities of St Leonard were founded in Kenya and Bulgaria – with oversight from Bishop Isaaka Wawire in Kenya and Regional Dean Al Melinger in Bulgaria.
